Meet the team

Our team are all passionate about chiropractic and wellness and each team member receives regular chiropractic adjustments themselves. We regularly attend conferences to further our knowledge and grow in ability to care.

All our chiropractors are General Chiropractic Council (G.C.C.) registered and members of the United Chiropractic Association (U.C.A.).

“I graduated from the Anglo-European Chiropractic College (AECC) in 1998. Since then I have learnt many different techniques ranging from providing chiropractic care to pregnant ladies to applied kinesiology and nutrition; dealing with acute and chronic sports injuries.

The most important thing that I have learnt is that the human body is both self-healing and self-regulating and provided that the optimum conditions exist, we all have the capacity to improve our health. Sometimes all it takes is a small change, whether it be nutritional, structural and/or emotional which can bring about this health improvement.

I look forward to welcoming you to my practice and working with you to help you.

Chiropractic care works!”

“After graduating with a chiropractic degree in 2008 I moved to London and joined the team at Harrow Chiropractic.

I have a strong belief in preventative care, one of the hallmarks being empowering our patrons to take responsibility for their own health by providing them with the right information and education on the best lifestyle choices for them and their family.

We find the best outcomes are achieved when our skill, knowledge and intuition are matched by our
patrons will and motivation.

I walk the talk when it comes to wellness. When I am not in the practice adjusting, I enjoy going for
long walks with our spaniel Chester, running and practising yoga. In addition to my active lifestyle, I
love to eat well and enjoy coming up with new healthy recipes in the kitchen!” Read more

Harrow Chiropractic

I grew up in sunny Auckland, New Zealand where I graduated from the New

Zealand College of Chiropractic, before embarking on a new adventure and moving to London!

My chiropractic journey first began following a netball injury. I discovered how much the spine and nervous system can impact on the whole body and how helpful chiropractic care is for so many aspects of life. My experience with sports and chiropractic has given me a strong passion for helping aspiring athletes to push the boundaries, and work towards achieving their optimal levels of function.

For that past 2 years I have had the incredible opportunity of working in many practices throughout the U.K. as a locum Chiropractor. I am very excited to begin a new journey here at Harrow Chiropractic.

“I was first introduced to Chiropractic care at the age of 15, as I suffered from lower back pain and had Os Good Schlaters in both knees.

It was during this time that I became aware of the benefits of chiropractic care and once it was introduced, it literally changed my life for the better.

This has become more apparent since having children. Both my son, Hugo, and my daughter, Ava, have been introduced to chiropractic since birth and are great advocates to this healthier lifestyle. Weekly adjustments, eating naturally, remaining active and of course laughing as much as they can, keep them happy, as well as me!

In my spare time (not that I have too much at the moment), I love to travel and see the world. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family.”

“I have been working at Harrow Chiropractic since October 2012, having left university with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. I have always been fascinated with the human body and aspired to work with a company that simply helped people.

IC Wellness helps people by enabling them to get healthy and stay healthy and I truly enjoy being a part of that. Myself, my family members and also some friends have since joined the practice and are benefiting from chiropractic care.

In my free time, I am expanding my knowledge of the human body and holistic therapies by training as a massage therapist.”

“Before joining the team at Harrow Chiropractic, I was actually having chiropractic care from 2005.

I was going through a difficult time but I am now happy and have not looked back since. I enjoy sharing my own experiences with those who come through our doors as I feel I can relate to a lot of their circumstances.

Personally, chiropractic care has improved my awareness of my body and how I should be looking after it. In my spare time, I keep active, enjoy knitting and love reading spiritual and self-healing books. When people ask me how I keep healthy, I tell them it’s a combination of chiropractic care, eating well and staying positive!”

“I started Chiropractic care in 2008 following an injury to my neck, and have been “hooked” ever since.

I have always been interested in natural forms of health care and wellbeing. Working at Harrow Chiropractic allows me to experience the benefits and rewards that chiropractic care brings.

Over the last year, I have developed greater knowledge of the nervous system and the effects of physical, chemical and emotion stress.

My daughter has also been having chiropractic care and together, we have been really focused on improving our nutrition – experimenting with gluten/wheat free recipes!

It is a privilege to be part of a caring team and to have the opportunity to continue learning.

In my spare time, I enjoy baking, gardening, walking and reading.”

After moving to London from New Zealand in September 2017 I started at Harrow Chiropractic. I have always had a passion for health and wellness so joining the team felt like a very natural fit.

At the time I wasn’t yet aware of the impact my underlying emotional stresses were having on my health.

Chiropractic care has already made major positive changes to my life – I am happier, less stressed and am better able to trust my body to adapt as it needs to.

The team here is so warm and welcoming. It’s a great place to learn about making your own health thrive!

In my spare time I love to explore new places around London, keep fit and take photos.
